Rtn. R. Anandtha Jothi is a dynamic and accomplished individual, who has made significant contributions to the Rotary community and the society at large. She is a graduate in English and a diploma holder in Yoga for Excellence from Vedathiri Temple of Wisdom. Jothi is an entrepreneur, successfully managing her chain of Restaurants & Lodging and a unique boutique shop called "Style Chic" at Dindigul, Tamilnadu. She comes from a Rotary family and has been a member of the Rotary Club of Dindigul since 2003. Jothi has held various positions within the club and district, including President, Assistant Governor, and District Director for Special Projects. She is a Major Donor, Benefactor & Paul Harris Society Member, having contributed $13,005 to date. Jothi is a Trainer & Motivator and has facilitated numerous Interact RYLAs and Rotaract RYLA Programs. She has attended two International Rotary Conventions and two National Literacy Summits. She is the Chairman of the Women Committee Dindigul District Football Association. Jothi has been elected as District Governor for the year 2023-2024, with the credit of being the "First Woman Governor of RID 3000". Her contributions to Rotary and the community have earned her numerous awards, including Club Builder Award, Best YES Team Leader & Avenues of Service Award.

About Rotary International president 2023-2024.

Gordon R. McInally has been nominated as the President of Rotary International for 2023-24 by the Nominating Committee. He emphasizes the need for Rotary to adapt technologically and combine it with the best practices to grow and increase engagement. McInally acknowledges the willingness of communities to care for each other during the pandemic and encourages the involvement of people who have recently embraced volunteering to join Rotary. He believes better engagement with Rotary International, regional leaders, district teams, governments, corporations, and other organizations will lead to meaningful partnerships and growth in membership. McInally encourages the establishment of new-style clubs to appeal to different demographics and says that membership is the lifeblood of the organization.
